$45M Multistate Settlement Reached with Block Over Cash App Fraud

The agreement requires Block to implement 24-hour live customer support, halt false marketing claims about safety features, and comply with a separate Consumer Financial Protection Bureau settlement obligating the company to distribute $75 million to $120 million in consumer redress.
