Treasury issued Venezuela-related General License 5X (authorizing certain transactions related to the PdVSA 2020 8.5% bond on or after August 4, 2026), General License 24A (authorizing certain transactions involving the Government of Venezuela related to telecommunications and mail), and General License 59 (authorizing the supply of certain items and services involving Conviasa).
